Counselling is a process that is different for everyone. It provides a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your experiences and develop strategies to move forward.

Initial assessments last 60 minutes. Ongoing sessions typically last 50 minutes, although session length may vary depending on your specific needs and preferences.
During your first session (initial assessment), I'll ask different questions to get to know you better and understand what brings you to counselling. You will also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have about the counselling process.
Sessions can be in-person, over the telephone, or online.
Most clients aim to have a session once a week, but the amount of sessions you have, and how regularly you have them, is completely up to you.
